Data Privacy at SendiCash

Protecting your data and privacy is a core priority. This page describes how and why we collect and use personal information and the controls available to you.

1. How we use your data

Personal information is data that identifies an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. We collect personal data necessary to provide services, comply with laws (including AML and identity verification), enable features, improve products, and notify you of developments based on your preferences. We do not sell your data to third parties without your consent.

2. Data we collect

Depending on your use of SendiCash we may collect:

  • Personal identification: legal name, date of birth, nationality, gender, utility bills, phone number, address, email, photos, and similar identifiers.
  • Institutional information: employer identification numbers, proof of formation, beneficial owner details.
  • Financial information: bank account data, payment card PAN, transaction history, trading data, tax identifiers.
  • Transaction information: recipient names, amounts, timestamps, and related metadata.
  • Employment information: office location, job title, role descriptions.
  • Correspondence: survey responses and interactions with support or research teams.
  • Online identifiers: geolocation, browser fingerprint, operating system, IP address.
  • Usage data: authentication and security logs, click-stream data, public social posts, and information gathered via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Privacy regulations

Laws such as the GDPR regulate how we process personal data and grant you rights via Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs). You may request access, modification, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal obligations.

4. Accessing your information

To submit a DSAR, log in through the SendiCash web app (or mobile app where supported), go to help > contact us, and submit the form. Requests for copies of data currently need to be made via web browser.

5. If you cannot access your account

If you are unable to log in or reach the privacy settings page, submit a ticket through our Support Portal so we can assist securely.

7. Access for all customers

In the interest of transparency, we make our Privacy Policy and related settings available to all customers, regardless of residence. You may request access, modification, or deletion of personal information stored about you by contacting info@sendicash.com.
