Trading on SendiCash may result in the total loss of funds. We do not perform trading for or on behalf of clients, do not promise profits, and do not provide investment advice. We only provide access to trading infrastructure; every decision to trade is your own deliberate decision.
2. Eligibility & Jurisdictions
We do not offer services in jurisdictions where trading is restricted or prohibited. By registering you confirm that you meet the legal age of majority, possess the legal capacity to contract, and have all rights required by your local laws to use SendiCash services. Currently we do not provide services to residents of the USA, Afghanistan, Cambodia, DPRK, Iran, Iraq, or Syria.

By using SendiCash you confirm that you have read and agree to our Customer Agreement, Risk Warning, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other published documents. All documents are available in English only; you acknowledge having sufficient English proficiency—or that you will engage a professional interpreter—to understand their legal consequences. If you disagree with any statement or document you must stop using our services immediately; continued use confirms your agreement.
